J. Gregory Sarfino, CPA

Greg is one of the two founding partners of the firm. Based on the principle of delivering quality service in a timely manner, Greg started the firm in 1972. Over the years Greg has become experienced with the tax and accounting issues of businesses in a number of different industries, including service businesses, law firms, restaurants, tax-exempt associations and charities, labor unions, and many others. This experience extends to all of the different types of business structures, including corporations, S corporations, partnerships and LLC's. In addition, Greg has significant experience with individual tax issues, including planning opportunities and estate and trust matters.

Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (GWSCPA), and the Association of Practicing Certified Public Accountants (APCPA).

David R. Himes, CPA

Dave has over 30 years of experience and has been a member of the firm since 1974 and a partner since 1983. He has audit, tax and accounting experience with many industries, including construction, film distribution, labor unions and related Taft-Hartley benefit funds, and private sector employee benefit plans. Additionally, Dave is experienced in individual, estate and trust planning and preparation. He has significant experience and specialized training in employee benefit plans including design, administration, auditing and general consulting.

Dave is a member if the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).

Michael J. Devlin, CPA

Mike has been a member of the firm since 1986 and a partner since 1999. He has accounting, auditing and tax experience with a number of different industries, including tax-exempt associations and charities, labor unions and related union benefit plans, service businesses, retail businesses, financial institutions, nursing homes and others. His experience with business structures includes corporations, S corporations, partnerships and LLC's. In addition, Mike has experience with individual tax matters and tax planning opportunities.

Mike is a past Board President and past Treasurer of a tax-exempt school, and is familiar with the structures and operations of various Boards and Committees. Mike is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).

Brian W. Dow, CPA

Brian has been a member of the firm since 1996 and a partner since 2003. Prior to joining the firm, he spent five years in the private sector in the financial institution industry. He has auditing and tax experience with tax exempt associations and charities, labor unions, service businesses, wholesale businesses, financial institutions, retirement plans and others. His experience with business structures includes corporations, S corporations, partnerships and LLC's. In addition, Brian has experience with individual tax matters, tax planning opportunities and retirement plan implementation.

Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA).
